Australian Citizenship

Tonight is the night I become an Australian Citizen. I will hold dual citizenship for both NZ and AU no way will I give up my NZ Citizenship. The ceremony is at the redcliffe Cultrual Central - Redcliffe it is approx 1hr drive north of Calamvale where we are currently house sitting. We leave Calamvale for Bribie next Wednesday Sept 2nd.

Excess Luggage

Just had to pop this one in for a laugh. While Yasmine and I were at Sunnybank Hills Plaza she spotted this Stilletto Shoe chair and said how it would be great in the bedroom - do you think it be classed as excess/oversize baggage she said - good one love.

Where has the time gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wednesday 20th:

Cann't believe their time has been and gone, one minute we were getting ready and waiting for Yasmine and Rory to arrive, and then this Wednesday we took them back to the airport for them to catch their NZ flight to head back to Christchurch. We have had an amazing time but next time we need 2wks. Loved having them with us and just hate to see them go.

Tuesday 18th"

Another fantastic day and we headed off to Jacobs Well for a spot of fishing and YES Rory caught
2 fish a Bream and a Puffer Fish, they were small and went back in. This time we remembered to
pack the flask so we were able to have a cuppa and a bite to eat. A great time spent in the sun
sand and water. The drive there is through some cane fields which was great for both Yasmine and
Rory to see growing.
