Close by to where we are currently house sitting is the Big Pineapple and Qld Zoo. Had a great time at the zoo, being able to get up close with many of the animals and Rory's delight was seeing a young joey coming out of the pouch ever so briefly. Seeing a Pineapple actually growing on the plant was another highlight for him.
