The house is a lovely large house with huge a huge flowing verandah which overlooks the front area of the property. It is an acreage property, not on main town water supply, only tank water so we had to be careful of the water use. For the gardens there is bore water however as we have had no rain that was also running very low. Chris saved the washing machine water (what a waste each load approx 50ltrs that would wash down the plughole) with a watering can she would water the vegie patch and all the potted plants. We did not have to mow any lawns however they we burning off due to the heat anyway. Thankfully we saw NO snakes which surprised us hugely - however we were very happy at that.
